Most likely, you are trying to import with a Skeinforge profile. The Skeinforge slicing engine is an open source slicing engine, and some customers have reported having issues with any Skeinforge profile. As a workaround, we recommend slicing with Slic3r until we can better determine what's happening with this issue.
